The employee knows exactly what they need in terms of tools, procedures, parts, PPE, etc. in order to make the job more successful. This is aligned to the top as this supports a reliability centered maintenance (RCM) culture that improves up time and lower costs.
It seems like my wife knows how to ‘push my buttons’ better than anyone else. Once I -FLARE- and my wife get’s this semi-smile on her face and thinks to herself “THERE SHE BLOWS” it is at this point that Anger seems like a primary emotion.
